Refund Policy
Effective: July 12, 2026
1. Payment processing
Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment, tax calculation, receipts, and refund settlement. Bason does not store card numbers.
2. Credit pack refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. A completely unused pack is eligible for a full refund. If credits were partially used, only the purchase value attributable to unused credits is eligible. Broader mandatory rights under applicable law take priority.
3. Non-refundable items
Credits already used for AI generation, image generation, OCR, multilingual publishing, or freshness refreshes are non-refundable. After 14 days, balances are generally non-refundable except where required by law or due to our service failure.
4. Service failures
If a paid operation fails because of our system, consumed credits are restored automatically or manually. If restoration does not occur, send the operation time and account email.
5. How to request
Email [email protected] with your account email, Lemon Squeezy order number, purchase date, and reason. Complete any refund request before deleting your account so the remaining balance can be verified.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned according to Lemon Squeezy and the original payment method timelines. Banks or card issuers may need additional time to post the refund.
