Terms of Service
Effective: July 12, 2026
1. Service
Bason can recommend content actions from your submitted business context and available evidence, generate reviewable drafts, schedule, publish, and refresh blog posts. You remain responsible for review and final publication decisions.
2. Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google OAuth account and activity under your account.
3. Content and acceptable use
You retain your content rights and grant us a non-exclusive license needed to process and display it. Illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, privacy-invasive, spam, or search-policy-manipulating content and automation are prohibited.
4. AI output
AI output may be inaccurate or similar to existing material. You must review facts, sources, rights, and disclosure duties, and must not rely solely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
5. Social publishing, autopilot, and affiliate posts
Posts sent to your connected social accounts, whether you publish them yourself or autopilot publishes them, are published by you. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each social network and affiliate program (such as Coupang Partners) and with advertising and endorsement disclosure duties, including disclosing material connections. To the extent permitted by law, Bason is not liable for resulting account restrictions or suspensions, unpaid commissions, or loss of affiliate eligibility. You must use your own affiliate program keys and links. Post and product information that the Chrome extension reads in your browser is collected at your request, and you are responsible for complying with that site's conditions of use. To protect the Service and other users, we may limit posts per account per day and the number of accounts that can use autopilot, and may pause autopilot without notice for an account that a social network rejects for spam or policy violations.
6. Credits and payment
Current paid products are one-time credit packs. Prices and credit costs are shown before purchase or execution. Lemon Squeezy processes payments as Merchant of Record; refunds follow the separate Refund Policy.
7. Search visibility
Sitemaps and IndexNow help search engines discover URLs but do not guarantee crawling, indexing, rankings, or traffic. Search Console registration and domain ownership remain your responsibility.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for security threats, unlawful use, payment fraud, or material violations. You may delete your account in Settings; request any eligible unused-credit refund before deletion.
9. Liability and changes
The Service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights. Material changes will be announced in the Service or through an available contact method.
