Terms of Service
Effective: July 12, 2026
1. Service
Bason generates, schedules, publishes, and refreshes promotion-blog posts from product knowledge, documents, topics, and other material you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output before publication.
2. Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google OAuth account and activity under your account.
3. Content and acceptable use
You retain your content rights and grant us a non-exclusive license needed to process and display it. Illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, privacy-invasive, spam, or search-policy-manipulating content and automation are prohibited.
4. AI output
AI output may be inaccurate or similar to existing material. You must review facts, sources, rights, and disclosure duties, and must not rely solely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
5. Credits and payment
Current paid products are one-time credit packs. Prices and credit costs are shown before purchase or execution. Lemon Squeezy processes payments as Merchant of Record; refunds follow the separate Refund Policy.
6. Search visibility
Sitemaps and IndexNow help search engines discover URLs but do not guarantee crawling, indexing, rankings, or traffic. Search Console registration and domain ownership remain your responsibility.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for security threats, unlawful use, payment fraud, or material violations. You may delete your account in Settings; request any eligible unused-credit refund before deletion.
8. Liability and changes
The Service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights. Material changes will be announced in the Service or through an available contact method.
